What’s the average age for menopause?
In the UK, the average age that a woman will go through the menopause is 51, with most women first experiencing menopausal symptoms between the ages of 45 and 55.

Perimenopause symptoms: Age 40
Although the average age for menopause is 51, some women experience early menopause, which can also be known as perimenopause. The early onset of menopause can be down to genetics, but it can also be triggered by some medical conditions and treatments.
